Mock Behavioral Interviews (June 14th - 18th)

Many CodePath students excel in technical skills but may not have the opportunity to practice interviewing with someone who works in their field. A one-hour mock session lets them work on communication, improve their storytelling and learn how to use the STAR method.

This event supports 1,400 students taking software engineering courses with CodePath this summer (38% identify as Black or Hispanic/Latinx, 45% identify as female or non-binary).

Time Commitment: Between one and three hours.

Volunteers choose the time slots they are available and meet with one student (on Zoom) per hour.

Support Provided: CodePath provides all the materials you need, including interview questions and a feedback guide. An information session will also take place in advance.

SIGN UP: Yes, I can conduct a mock behavioral interview
