Escort, Greet and Assist our Veterans!

To help escort, greet and assist any veterans that come into the VA. You need to be dependable, good interpersonal skills, good judgment, courteous, good organizational skills, good telephone skills, good communication skills, good customer service skills.

• Maintain a cheerful and supportive presence at the Reception Desk
• Greet/ Veterans/families/guests
• Escort Veterans/families/guests as needed
• Deal with guests, visitors, employees, and all others in a professional supportive manner
• Assist Veterans with issue resolution to improve patient satisfaction through connections to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Qualifications: Friendly, personable, light lifting, well-groomed, personal appearance.
