The American Red Cross Hero Care Network provides emergency communications and critical services to military members, veterans and their families all over the world 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As a military caseworker volunteer, you help provide confidential assistance and connect individuals with local, state and national resources. By providing follow-up and information referrals, you help members of the military, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with, and respond to the challenges of military service.
American Red Cross Hero Care Network Caseworker volunteers are needed in the South Florida area to work virtually on cases to assist these families and service members.
If you are someone with strong listening and interview skills, good computer skills, the ability to work with culturally diverse populations, and you are comfortable working remotely then you can help provide a critical link for families during emergency situations!
