Mentoring Programs offered by Stella's Girls to work with youth ages 10-21 to develop their inherent strengths as leaders. We engage with peer and adult mentors to facilitate the growth of youth to achieve their goals through the development of social, educational, and leadership skills. Our programs are provided to youth living in vulnerable populations around the world. Our mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and spend 2 to 10 hours per month with their mentees. We also provide a monthly development plan and workshops for the mentees to assist them in reaching their goals.

As a mentor, you are now about to begin one of life's most rewarding and fulfilling experiences. Your commitment to Stella's Girls indicates that you believe in building the next generation of resilient young people by Educating, Empowering, and Leading them to become leaders and social change agents within their communities. You recognize the magnitude of the responsibility that you accepted in choosing to work with a mentee and agree to interact appropriately with your mentee according to the highest ethical standards at all times. You and your mentee will meet at least once a week. It is important to build a strong and consistent relationship with your mentee. There will be required 12 hours of training of ongoing training and a background check. The initial training before matching with a mentee is 5 hours.
