Mentoring Programs offered by Stella's Girls to work with youth ages 10-21 to develop their inherent strengths as leaders. We engage with peer and adult mentors to facilitate the growth of youth to achieve their goals through the development of social, educational, and leadership skills. Our programs are provided to youth living in vulnerable populations around the world. Our mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and spend 2 to 10 hours per month with their mentees. We also provide a monthly development plan and workshops for the mentees to assist them in reaching their goals.
