WHO ARE MENTORS?
iSparkle2 Mentors are positive role models from the community, age 25+.
Mentors commit to 4 hours/month for a 12-month period. Mentors empower and support the girl in a safe and nurturing environment, utilizing best practices under iSparkle2 guidelines.
SUPPORT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.
Mentors help girls ages 11-18 find their voice and remind them there is still a beautiful life at their fingertips. Mentors offer additional support throughout the year for the girl and her family. We encourage our matches to attend our iSparkle2 Events together and to be a part of our larger iSparkle2 community.
THE MATCH PROCESS.
At iSparkle2, the safety and well-being of each teen girl is our top priority. Our Mentor Program follows strict screening guidelines for each prospective Mentor.
Our goal is to make a strong and enduring match based on personality traits and interest of both the Mentee and Mentor.
