GLLL, Inc. focus on at-risk 6-15 year old girls living with limited resources in the inner city of Newark, NJ and neighboring communities. Our vision is to empower girls by building positive self-esteem, self-determination and self-confidence with a strong emphasis on college readiness, basic life skills and health and wellness. We aim to make a difference by removing obstacles that stand in their way so that they can become respectable, successful and productive leaders in the world.

GLLL, we are looking for engergic female mentors with great leadership, communication, conflict resolutions and team building skills.
Mentors must be available on Saturdays between 11am - 2pm some weekends require additional hours if field trips and/or community events are taken place that day. GLLL, we have three programs that focus on different age groups however, mentors must be able to work with all ages.
