ORGANIZATION: Pearls For Teen Girls Coach Program

The PEARLS Coach Program is designed to support a PEARLS girl by connecting her with an individual coach while building a sustained supportive community as she works toward achieving her goals and dreams. The program takes a proactive approach to helping each PEARLS girl by:

? Providing academic and emotional support for a minimum of one program year with her Coach
? Creating action steps, setting goals, and effectively implementing strategies to be successful in her academic and professional career.
? Developing confidence by encouraging independence
? Exploring options for her future (i.e. college options, career options, internships, job opportunities, etc.)

The program is structured with events, activities, and resources to connect the girls, alumna, coaches, parents and other familial supporters to build a strong foundation to support each girl or alumna along her pathway to success in college and her career.
