What? Women's Money Matters is recruiting for upcoming Life Launch programs. Life Launch is designed to apply our financial literacy and empowerment curriculum to a teen audience. We strongly believe that teaching young women core financial principles when they are on the cusp of independent financial lives is essential to the full economic empowerment for women in adulthood. We partner workshop material with one-on-one mentor relationships for each girl in our program.

Who? We are looking for YOU to be a coach for one of our young women! Coaches will be expected to dedicate 2 hours a week to our program. **Must be a female-identifying 20-30 years old to be a coach.**

**You will also be required to attend a Coach Orientation, time and date TBD.**

The layout of each of the sessions is the following:
Part 1: Coach Discussion with Program Leader
Part II: Workshop with entire group
Part III: One-on-One time with your partner

Description

Women's Money Matters builds the financial literacy, confidence, and security of low income women and girls through a unique program that combines instructional workshops with personal, one-to-one coaching. We work with participants referred by local social service agencies and customize each program to their specific needs. Volunteers from local financial institutions and other community organizations lead the classes. Volunteers coaches serve as the personal mentors.
