As part of the nation's largest and oldest mentoring organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, we strive daily to make meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 6-18, living in Washington County who are facing adversity. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
