Mentor Chippewa is a community-based nonprofit organization, that provides the organizational structure for and support of a school site-based mentoring program. Adult mentors from the community are matched one-on-one with a student in need of an opportunity for additional support during their regular school day.
By committing to meeting one-on-one for just 30-minutes, one day per week, mentoring provides an opportunity for a student to feel empowered to become their very best self.
Mentor Chippewa is looking for Mentors! Time is one of the most valuable gifts we can give a child. Become a Mentor and spend 30-minutes, one-day per week having fun and building a relationship!
Mentoring Involves:
* Being matched with a student, grade K-12
* Meeting with them one day a week at school
* Spend 30-minutes building a relationship by simply talking or playing games
To apply, complete the online Mentor Application! Once your application is received and processed, Mentor Chippewa staff will connect with you to set up an interview.
