Looking to make a lasting impact on your community? Join our growing volunteer team and help a student develop the foundation skills to be successful in school and in life.

- Typical tutoring sessions include homework review and skill-building activities in literacy, math, technology, and other key subject areas.
- Tutoring Chicago provides a wide variety of resources and materials and staff are on-hand to assist with questions.
-For the 2020-2021 program year, Tutoring Chicago will also provide digital learning opportunities so volunteers and students will be able to connect virtually.

Thank you for visiting our listing! In addition to having a significant impact on the life of a child, you would also be joining one of the largest (900+ and growing!) and most dynamic volunteer communities in Chicago. We host monthly happy hours, trainings, and other events throughout the year if you'd like to meet others and get more involved.

Tutoring Chicago has over 900 volunteers, most of them college graduates (95%) working in a variety of fields. Volunteers do not need to have an education background, just the motivation and compassion to help a child succeed.
