For students in elementary & middle school, we practice group/team mentoring each Tuesday & Thursday evening, through shared meals, help with homework, small group discussion, and enrichment activities such as art, music, mechanics or cooking.
We also have a peer mentoring program where high school students mentor kids 4-8 years old one-to-one. This meets once a week on site.
Our community-based mentoring program matches one adult with one child age 7-14 years. They meet once a week off-site.
Currently we are seeking mentors who are available to work with elementary or middle school students on Tuesday or Thursday evenings in a group setting.
We are also looking for qualified adults for our one-to-one community based mentoring program.
We will accept applications from high school students as peer mentors in September- the program is currently full.
