Quiet or not; Athletic or not; Artistic or not; Young or not; truly, all types of personality styles or types can be great mentors. Our program has a diverse array of people and we would love to have you join our family!

Background checks are performed on every applicant (local, state, multi-state, criminal, child abuse and sexual along with personal and professional references). We have an orientation and training the first Wednesday of every month. If for some reason an applicant can not make the orientations (due to work schedules, etc.) our Match Specialists will set up a day/time to meet one-on-one to conduct the orientation/training.
Our expectations for potential mentors is that they commit to a year of mentoring who meets with their mentee 4 hours monthly.
