DSI is seeking a Fundraising and Development Intern to work in collaboration with our Fundraising Committee which oversees all fundraising efforts and events for the organization. The intern will provide support to our fundraising events and grant seeking to assist with ongoing fundraising efforts in order to continue sustaining and growing DSI’s mission work. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in gaining insight and experience in nonprofit fundraising efforts, grant research/writing, and strategic growth planning.
Time commitment: Part-time, minimum of 10 hours per week. Hours are flexible but we do ask for a consistent schedule. This internship is part of our Spring '22 internship cohort (beginning at the end of Jan).
Location: Remote work environment, must be located in the U.S.

Disability Support International (DSI) is a 501(c)(3) nongovernmental organization, incorporated in 2016, based in Red Wing, Minnesota.
DSI was founded to meet the immense need to support those with disabilities in developing countries and the people within these countries striving for the same. We aim to help establish and support sustainable programs that reach people with disabilities growing up and living in developing countries. Our mission is to advocate, support, and empower to improve the lives of people with disabilities in developing countries so they can live life to the fullest.
