Thank you for your interest in being a SUPER Volunteer! Volunteers are needed throughout the event, between roughly 9:00am-4:00pm. Volunteers receive special run cape, snacks, beverages & more! Visit our website for more information on our volunteer roles.
Complete the registration to sign up for your desired volunteer role. Approximate times are listed with each position-full details will be sent before run.
- Volunteers must attend a virtual pre-event meeting.
- Time commitment: 2-3 hours per position.
- A signed event waiver is required for each volunteer. A parent/guardian must sign for minor volunteers.
- If you have a preferred role (merchandise, run route, etc), please indicate in the comments section. We try to accommodate all requests.
- You can sign up for multiple shifts; please make sure times don't overlap.
- Group volunteer roles & positions for children, teens, 55+ and families are available-please contact us.
Shift 1: EVENT SETUP VOLUNTEERS - set up all areas of run event, move tables, tents, boxes and more.
Shift 2: DURING EVENT VOLUNTEERS - includes check-in, registration, merchandise, run routes, activities and more.
Shift 3: EVENT BREAKDOWN VOLUNTEERS - breakdown, packing and cleanup of run.
