Job Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisor to manage content calendar, content briefs, content forecasting and content approvals & proofing
  • Coordinate email marketing processes from campaign planning, project management, creative review meetings, A/B testing, scheduling deployments, and sharing in-depth analysis of campaign results
  • Maintain email service providers (ESP) for multiple clients. Provide guidance for new features and advise best practices for the application. Identify and resolve the root cause of functionality issues
  • Coordinate and execute all automated flows going out to customers
  • Organize, develop and solidify all communications going out to customer to align with brands tone
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to channel best practices
  • Coordinate fulfillment of promotional marketing offers
  • Coordinate SMS text message campaigns and its functionalities
  • Collect and analyze data to support key insights across the customer journey including: retention, repeat purchase rates, lifetime value, and AOV
  • Assist with regular Quality Assurance efforts on email, push notifications, and in-app/on-site messages
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of corporate and brand standards

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in Klaviyo, MailChimp, and ESP automations
  • Relevant experience in managing CRM strategies and ESPs
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative and Self-motivated worker with a strong desire to produce high-quality work
  • Passionate about customers and building great customer experiences!
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Thinks outside the box
  • Positive attitude and eager to contribute anywhere there is an organizational need
  • Effective and fast-moving. Thrives working independently and as a team
