Juneteenth on Ali Baba is held in the heart of Opa-locka to commemorate Blacks' freedom. During this first-ever festival, we will need volunteers to help in several positions that include, but are not limited to:

  • Event set-up or breakdown - heavy lifting (10 positions available)
  • Guest Welcome & Registration (6 positions available)
  • Art Exhibits (4 positions available)
  • Family Workshops (4 positions available)
  • Parking Attendant (12 positions available)
  • Stage assistance for performers (6 positions available)
  • Maintenance and cleanup - heavy lifting (6 positions available)
  • However you need me!

Volunteer Hours can be given to those that need it to fulfill a commitment. For more information, email Adrienne Chadwick at adrienne@olcdc.org.
