Join us at one of our Habitat Hillsborough ReStore Locations!
Habitat Hillsborough needs volunteers to help with numerous activities including organizing, sorting donations, pricing, daily upkeep/cleaning, and customer interaction!
By expressing interest in this opportunity, a Habitat staff member will reach out and help you find the volunteer opportunity you're looking for. All shift sign ups will be through our Habitat website only.
What is a Habitat ReStore?
The Habitat ReStoresells donated building materials, furniture and appliances at discounted prices to the public and all profits go directly towards Habitat Hillsborough housing programs. Typical volunteer activities include indoor/outdoor reorganization, merchandising (i.e. restocking, product consolidation), and moving items onto the floor. Some heavy lifting may be necessary but will not be asked to lift more than they are able to.

East Hillsborough ReStore (3736 E. Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610)
Volunteer Opportunities: Mondays - Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Silvermill ReStore (11236 W. Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL 33635)
Volunteer Opportunities: Tuesdays - Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Brandon ReStore (501 W. Robertson Street, Brandon, FL 33511)
Volunteer Opportunities: Tuesdays - Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
ATTIRE: Acceptable attire includes a t-shirt, shorts or jeans, and sneakers. Please make sure to wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty, possibly torn or stained. NO flip-flops, Toms, Crocs, or any open toed/back shoes.
