If you enjoy meeting new people and verifying documentation both by phone and in person you may be a good fit for this opportunity.
Medical Intake screeners interview new patients to confirm program eligibility, explain necessary documentation, complete the organization's checklist and refer non-eligible patients to other local services.
Covid-19 safety precautions are in place following established CDC guidelines.
Please note that all LVIM volunteers, staff and board must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or a qualified medical / religious exemption, as of November 15, 2021.

RSVP provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving through non-profit, faith-based, and governmental agencies to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of volunteers with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental accident insurance while on duty, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
