Position Title: Spotlight Operator
Description: The spotlight operator runs spotlights, generally for musical productions, positioned in either the spotlight booths of Blackburn Hall or on the catwalk of Tobye Studio.
Responsibilities: The spotlight operator completes a pre-show check to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. During the production the spotlight operator uses the spotlight according to the plan of the lighting designer and as called by the stage manager. The equipment is turned off at the end of the performance.
Position Title: Light Board Operator
Description: The light board operator runs the lightboard in the booth. The light board is preprogrammed with specific cues and the operator is on headset listening for "go" cues. Opportunities are for musical productions and plays.
Responsibilities: The light board operator completes a pre-show check to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment with direction from the stage manager. During the production the light board operator uses the board according to the plan of the lighting designer and as called by the stage manager. The equipment is turned off at the end of the performance.

Description
The Naples Players is Naples' premier community theatre located in a state-of-the-art facility opened in 1998. Volunteers fill every type of performance and production job available in 18+ adult and youth productions (musicals and plays) on three stages annually. A volunteer force of 650+ members contribute over 65,000 annually. TNP Academy of Dramatic Arts serves 700+ children annually providing basic to advanced theatre skills classes. The Naples Players Academy of Dramatic Arts (formerly KidzAct) consists of both Showcase Classes based on skills development and Performance Classes where participants are working on a full production of an upcoming show. The Naples Players is dedicated to providing high-quality arts access to every member of the community. The Naples Players is dedicated to providing high-quality access to the arts to all members of our community. Our inclusive classes provide a supportive environment to learn the performing arts for students who are on the autism spectrum, have sensory processing disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders, or any other type of neuro-divergency or any student who may wish to approach learning in a more accessible way.
