  • 13 people are interested

Our Hospice Bereavement Coordinator is looking for that special someone to help out with tasks including, but not limited to; writing cards, making phone calls, visiting with patients and / or their loved ones, and helping with grief support groups. What is bereavement? Bereavement is a state of loss when someone close to you has died. There is no correct way to bereave, therefore anyone interested in volunteering with our Bereavement Coordinator must be very open-minded and have an interest in helping other people through their grief.

Volunteer schedules are very flexible and made based on the volunteer's own availability and our organizations needs. We keep track of your volunteer hours for you so you can use your experience to complete course requirements as well as to have a professional reference.

Come be a shoulder to cry on while earning professional experience. Reach out to Volunteer Coordinator, Brittaney Kuhn
