Territory Workforce Engagement Team

Team Members: organize volunteer referrals coming into the territorial disaster department. Tasks include scheduling interviews, assigning roles and/or training, and monitoring training for completion. Looking for two or three Team Members for the Sacramento/Yolo area.

Team Lead: responsible for supporting and engaging the Team Members which includes: providing supervision including ensuring assigned volunteers are engaged, organizing team roles and assigning tasks to complete function activities, regular and ongoing communication of opportunities, discussing level of involvement and development, and providing timely feedback and coaching. Looking for three Leads that live in one of the counties listed below.

Hours: flexible

Location: Virtual. However, California Gold Country Region is located in Northern California. Must be a resident in one of the following county territory blocks to work in these roles.

Butte/Glenn/Plumas/Tehama

Sutter/Yuba/Nevada/Sierra

Sacramento/Yolo Counties.
