Great opportunity for newly retired handy people looking to keep busy and be part of a caring community. Assist building engineer in this 109 apartment building with small routine maintenance tasks as well as special or seasonal requests. Tasks may include: changing light bulbs, checking smoke detectors, fixing blinds, changing AC filters, set up/take down for events or seasons, etc.
Desired Commitment of 6 hours per week. Weekdays.
