This opportunity will involve developing metrics and assembling a food schedule for fall semester of 2021 for a school located in Boston, MA. This school serves primarily students of color from all parts of the African diaspora.

The African diaspora is defined as African American, African Immigrant, Carribbean & LatinX. However, cultures living within communities of color are also taken added to this communal definition.

We are licensed in Oldways Cultural food tradition curriculum (https://oldwayspt.org/), this will be a source of our cultural nutritional education.
