Howdy!

Thank you for signing up for the Farms to Grow (FTG) Farm Field Project on Wednesday mornings, 7:30am - 11:30 am. If you are looking for a way to make an impact, learn regenerative farming traditions from an elder, this is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you. Guinda, CA is about an hour outside of Davis, CA.

You will be assisting Farmer Paul to prepare, plant, weed and harvest his Winter crop production. This opportunity provides you with the option to volunteer as a CORE team member to follow a projects timeline or volunteer as temporary support. No farming experience needed, however volunteers with irrigation, conservation, electrical or carpentry skills would provide next level assistance.

The ranch is in a beautiful location and just by virtual of planting your feet on this land is incredible. Plus, you benefit from the change of pace of being on a ranch and forget about technology.

Rise early to meet some great people, have an enjoyable experience and make an impact by volunteering to assist a Black Farmer as he upscale his production to go into a CSA, farmers' market, and grocery stores in the Bay Area.

Put on your hat, enclosed shoes, wear a mask and garden gloves and let's work on the land together.
