Quick Overview: reDiscover Center is an arts and environmental nonprofit promoting resource conservation, creativity, and community engagement through material reuse and our Tinkering Club and programs. Meet the community, make art, work with the public. Expand your resume while having fun!

Program Description: Produced by Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. in partnership with reDiscover Center, an art-first #STEAM education and environmental nonprofit working with local businesses to divert scrap, overstock, and other materials from the trash stream and use them in art, environmental education, and tinkering programs.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: Join in the fun assisting children and their families create art of their own. Help our staff set up, clean up, and spread joy. We ask that volunteers commit 3.5 hours to this event.

Requirements: Remember to wear close-toed shoes and clothing that can get dirty. We will be outside so dress accordingly (ie. Sunglasses, sunblock, a hat, etc.)
