If you, or someone you know, needs Court Ordered Community Service hours, they can be completed at the Tacoma Rescue Mission through our Community Service program.
Participants are required to complete a short orientation and then can sign up for shifts that fit their schedule. There are 3 shifts available each day--all in our commercial kitchen-- and participants can do up to 9 hours per day. No kitchen experience needed.

We help all people; including clients, volunteers, donors and staff, to become their best. We provide emergency services such as shelter and food to the homeless or hurting; offer self-sufficiency programs to help lift a person from poverty and break the chains of addiction; support prevention programs and share our Christian faith.
Without your gift of service, we are not able to accomplish the work we do.
