Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking license Massage Therapists to provide gentle massage for our hospice patients.
Gentle massage provides relaxation and can eliminate stress which can promote physical discomfort, thereby promoting the comfort they need.
Hospice services are designed to provide comfort care as well as emotional support and spiritual support in the final phase of a terminal illness. Harmony Cares Hospice ensures that our patients will spend their final days of their journey in comfort.
All Harmony Cares Hospice Volunteers are afforded specialized training, given Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), become an integral part of the Grace Hospice care team and are provided direct support by the Volunteer Coordinator.
If you have a few hours a week to use your talent as a Licensed Massage Therapist to promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellness to our hospice patients and would like to be a part of our team, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator today!

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
