Volunteer at Cocktail District!

Save to Favorites

Hooty hoo Volunteers! We are looking for some all star, cream of the crop volunteers to help us with the event of the year, Cocktail District. Cocktail District is the hallmark event of Seattle Cocktail Week and we need some amazing people to make it happen.

A little bit about Seattle Cocktail Week and Cocktail District: Seattle Cocktail Week spans over a week, and Cocktail District on March 5th is the crown jewel. It’s basically a massive carnival of cocktails with live music, food trucks and over 150+ spirit brands to try. Sounds amazing? What makes it even more special is that the proceeds from the event support the Healthy Behind the Bar Project, a 501 (C)(3)nonprofit that provides microgrants and healthcare to the hard workers and thirst responders in the hospitality industry for mental health, emergency health or dental healthcare.

It’s a spectacular event for a spectacular cause, which is where you come in. We need a full roster of volunteers to make this event happen. Volunteers must be 21+ and shifts last around 4 hours. Volunteering comes in a variety of roles for this event, so be ready for anything from ticketing, behind the scenes action and general event assistance.

But we wouldn’t have you volunteer your valuable time without some perks, since it is Cocktail District, right? We want to provide you with some bonuses as our way of saying thank you. Perks vary by shifts so make sure you sign up quickly since shifts will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

Perks (based on shift) can include the following:

  • A ticket to Seattle Cocktail District for you to enjoy AFTER your shift
  • $10 credit to the onsite Bottleshop at the event so you have something to bring home, share and enjoy on your own time
  • A T-Shirt (since you probably ran out of clean ones in quarantine and who doesn’t love a drinking shirt?)
  • $25 off any Seattle Cocktail Club Member Event in 2022. This one might have you thinking "Wait, oh no, how can I go to a Seattle Cocktail Club Members Only event without a membership?"
  • You can because you will be gifted a free membership for the ENTIRE year.

Your presence is a present and we want to thank you appropriately. This event will be a fun, focused way to celebrate all things Cocktail responsibly. However, safety, professionalism and hardwork are paramount expectations for our volunteers. We hold you to a high standard and we expect you to represent us as such.

If this sounds like a great fit for you, please fill out our volunteer application here:
