Are you looking to gain a connection with your community? Want to make a senior's day simply by visiting her and her sweet dog? Want to get to know a fantastic member of the community?
A NEXT Village member is looking for a volunteer or two to spend some time with. She has a hard time leaving her house due to medical issues, but she is still sharp as a tack. She lives with her senior dog Bella and would love to get to know some of her neighbors.
We're looking for someone to visit her for 15 minutes to an hour on an ongoing basis. The time of day and day of the week are flexible, it's whatever works best for you!
NEXT Village is an organization that supports older adults age in place. We are looking for some fantastic volunteers to join our team!

NEXT Village SF promotes better health, fosters an active lifestyle and fights social isolation among the large and growing 60+ demographic in northeast San Francisco. We know that better physical and mental health result from the increased community interaction and personalized support available to members of our Village.
With the help of volunteers, NEXT Village San Francisco provides a common sense, neighborhood-based approach for aging adults who want to remain in their own homes, promoting engagement, connection, and awareness.
