Office/Administrative Volunteer

Hello,

Come have fun with me. I am looking to add a couple administrative volunteers to join me in the office. I work alongside my volunteers. We work together on filing, faxing, answering incoming calls, and putting together packets for admissions.

It doesn’t stop there! I like to work on fun projects, also. Some of the things I have done with volunteers is put on snow-cone stands for facilities, make goodies for care-givers and staff, create flyers and mailings, and make "We Honor Vets" crafts for our service men and women that are patients with us.

I am always looking for new projects and ways to bring joy to those on hospice and the people that take care of them. I would love to add your many talents to these undertakings.

It is requested to be in the office while doing these projects and administrative work. It can be as little as an hour a month to a few hours a week. Whatever time can be put in would be appreciated.

Come learn, or utilize your already acquired office skills, all the while having a great time working with me to spread joy to this community.

At home training, background check, and drug screening is needed to be complete before having office access. This is due to HIPPA. It is at your pace and I am here to help every step of the way.
