The Maximize Life Gala is The Max Foundation's signature fundraising event to support cancer patients around the globe with access to cancer care and treatments. The 2022 Maximize Life Gala will bring together leaders in global health, pharmaceuticals, community leaders, healthcare providers and patients for a night of celebration and fundraising.

We are seeking a highly-motivated and talented group of individuals to help us design, develop and launch this important event. Committee members will have a 6-month long engagement opportunity with The Max Foundation and supports projects including: event planning, event logistics, marketing & communications strategy, donor stewardship, donor cultivation, and community engagement.

Description

The Max Foundation is a nonprofit global health organization that provides cancer patients in low- and middle-income countries with access to lifesaving treatment and care. Today, we provide services to over 30,000 patients in more than 70 countries, including access to over 10 million daily doses of medicine yearly. Our patient services include efforts to expand access to molecular diagnostics, educational workshops, and one-on-one care.

  • Although this is a virtual volunteer opportunity, we would prefer our volunteers to be based locally in the Greater Seattle area.
