Are you passionate about helping the arts community and making a hugely positive impact on a nonprofit organization with your marketing expertise? If so, we need you!

CLICKCOACH is an amazing new nonprofit organization (clickcoach.org) creating a living library of 10-15 minute videos of musical works and topics by classical, jazz, and musical theater music's top professionals from the Metropolitan Opera, to the Philadelphia Orchestra, to the Vienna State Opera, to Broadway and beyond. With these informative videos we're creating access to professional 'how-to' information never before available--and at a price point that makes it possible for everyone. Proceeds from the videos are directly used to support artists in response to the COVID pandemic as well as low-income, underprivileged, and socioeconomically disadvantaged groups.

What we need: We're looking to address a major need in our organization-a knowledgeable Marketing Manager who will focus on building our brand and mission awareness to increase sales, interview, hire, and train a potential marketing volunteer team member, and collaborate with our social media coordinator. The Marketing Manager will have a direct influence on our bottom line, bringing their creativity and knowledge to the crafting and execution of our marketing strategy and internal systems with the goal of exploding brand/mission awareness. With our primary audience in the digital world, the Marketing Manager will also: research and analyze market trends and demographics; explore various media channels; oversee/create development of promotional materials, website content, and ads within a frugal resource environment; communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies and other services; provide information to interested artistic and user partners; and track marketing and sales data. Your input as a marketing professional will have an enormous impact on the arts community and we’re excited to speak with you about your experience and ideas.

As a virtual volunteer opportunity, you can be located anywhere in the world with great flexibility in your schedule. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field are preferred. Additional skills/attributes we look for: excellent writing, interpersonal communication, leadership, detail-oriented, self-motivated, multi-tasking.
