The OUT Foundation is seeking a Board Chapter Vice President for Portland, Maine.

Mission
Our mission is to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals’ access and participation in health, wellness, and fitness to ensure their success. Since 2011, we’ve created fitness events and workouts that have engaged thousands and impacted thousands more.


Job Description

The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as may from time-to-time be assigned to them by the board president. In the absence of the president, the Vice President of the board shall preside at meetings of the board. In the event that the president resigns or is unable to continue to serve as president, the Vice President of the board shall fill the vacancy.
