SVSF Detroit provides free Adult Basic Education tutoring and free GED tutoring to adults 18&older.

Our Adult Learners are matched with tutors to help them improve their skills.
They are also provided with books, learning materials, and an online learning platform to help them achieve their goals

St. Vincent and Sarah Fisher Center works to remove the barriers to learning that many of our students have faced and to overcome their challenges. Will you help us give people a chance to improve their lives through education?

Please, send any questions you may have to Beth Kraft beth.kraft@svsfcenter.org

Math tutors are also needed.
We also have free children's tutoring services.

We would love to have your help in helping our students accomplish their goals!

Currently, all tutoring is happening remotely over Zoom.
We have weekly regularly scheduled zoom tutoring sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

If the weekly schedule does not work for you there is another option where tutors are matched with a student and then schedule their own tutoring sessions and zoom meetings. More information about this option is provided on request.
