Become Carbon Negative are a non-profit organisation dedicated to giving back to the environment. Volunteering for Become Carbon Negative offers an opportunity to help support an eco-friendly, sustainable cause and help make a positive impact to the environment.
Role description
Our volunteer team help to implement our marketing strategy and PR plans. Their focus is on building brand awareness and promoting relevant marketing/PR activities & social media communications.
Work on strategies to increase our social media audience & engagement across multiple channels.
Research and present new blog content opportunities that are relevant and engaging for the Become Carbon Negative audience.
Design and create new graphical content for use on our website and social media channels
Progress networking opportunities such as business partnerships, influencer partnerships and educational organisation partnerships to widen the existing community.
Any of the following would be highly advantageous:
- A proactive approach, and an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Marketing/PR experience
- I.T skills, including social media
- Good communication skills
