The All African People's Development & Empowerment Project (AAPDEP) is building a grants writing team to assist in the funding and resources of our community gardens, youth education programs, health care programs and more. We are currently seeking an evaluator to write the evaluation plan for the grant making sure that objectives are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely), determine the correct methodology to best evaluate a grant, track objectives and outcomes and use statistical analysis software as needed.
