Are you looking for an opportunity to help older adults in your community? Are you outgoing, social, and organized? Then this is the opportunity for you!
Partners In Care's unique service exchange network encourages the older adults that we serve to give back with their own gifts, skills, and talents. This promotes a stronger, more dignified, and generous community overall. We are looking for leadership volunteers who can reach out to our older adults, encourage them to give back, and help them to do so, as well as discovering what needs they have and matching them with volunteers who can help.
We encourage a flexible schedule, including remote work if you would like. A background check is required, and orientation and training will be provided at your convenience. Reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator Hongwei Xu at 301-682-7433 to get started!

Description
Partners In Care is a credit exchange program designed to create community by linking older adults and with neighbors who volunteer their time to provide transportation, handyman services, and other errands. Participants may provide services, receive services, or both. Ride Partners provides mileage reimbursement to volunteer drivers.
