Help Distribute Food To Families in Need (Outdoors)

This outdoor food distribution will occur Wednesday, June 1st.
At this event we will be distributing food items to families in need.

Volunteer will interact with the community by handing out food items (both perishable & nonperishable) from 6 to 8 pallets. Volunteering at this event may require repeated lifting of up to 40 lbs. Great for volunteer groups of 4-6.

Description

WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.

WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
