We are seeking a part time office support person looking to volunteer at our office in Richfield Ohio for approximately 10-15 hours a week. No experience required, we will provide training.
Volunteers are an important part of our hospice team, filling roles that include direct contact with patients and clerical support. Medicare requires the utilization of volunteers alongside paid clinical and administrative staff. Hospice volunteers describe their work as gratifying, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally meaningful. We value our volunteers greatly.
Bereavement support programs. Hospice volunteers can work closely with our bereavement staff. Duties may include assisting a support group facilitator, serving refreshments, or helping with mailings to families.
Administrative work. A volunteer with clerical skills can serve a hospice by helping in the office with administrative duties.
Do you have skills you'd like to share? Are you wanting to give back? Extra time on your hands? Retired...? We have regular opportunities for you! No experience required, we offer training! We are filling positions now! Give me a call to discuss our opportunities!
