At Momivate, we want to instill a sense of purpose and positive direction that empowers mothers to enjoy motherhood, because children need their mothers and their mothers need support. To achieve this, we aim to:
- ACTIVATE the powerful force of mothers
- CULTIVATE maternal instincts into maternal capabilities
- INNOVATE to meet the needs of modern-day mothers
- ELEVATE the respect given to the role of motherhood
Team Leaders will help to build Momivate from the ground up including the creation of a Certification program in motherhood that teaches mothers valuable skills in motherhood that are applicable to the workforce too. In participating as a Team Leader, not only will your talents and skills be utilized, you'll be joining a community of women devoted to revealing the value that lies in motherhood. Join Momivate in designing one-of-a-kind opportunities to support mothers everywhere.
Expectations include attendance at a monthly Team meetings, contributing blog posts, overseeing your respective area, participating in the design of programs, and fundraising efforts.
Open Team Leader positions:
Leader to Activate - This is a woman passionate about helping moms find an E.M.T. -- education, time, and money. She strives to help mothers see the powerful force that is motherhood and propels the force behind activating these powers.
Leader to Cultivate - This is a woman who seeks to develop motherhood by overseeing our meetings of moms called S.M.I.L.E. gatherings. She will help moms R.A.I.S.E. U.P. society and find the value in what it means to be a mother.
Leader to Elevate - This is a woman who will oversee our Certification in motherhood program. She inspires opportunities for mothers to grow and build their skills by boosting our moms to reach new heights.
"Relationships" Leader - This is a woman with a background in understanding and building positive relationships with various people including her husband, her children, other mothers, and so on. You will create curriculum to train women to be leaders to other mothers.
Systems & Schedules Leader - This is a woman who has strong organizational skills and wants to share her tips and tricks with mothers by creating curriculum to train women to lead other mothers.
"Unique Circumstances" Leader - This is a woman whose life experience has helped her build compassion for people handling unusual challenges.

Momivate wants to raise awareness of what motherhood entails, and how, if given the time and empowerment to fulfill each of these aspects, moms would be better off as individuals, their children would be better off as the rising generation, and hence all of society would be better off in the long run!

- Weekly inspirational meetings called S.M.I.L.E. Gatherings
- R.A.I.S.E Certification to develop valuable skills applicable and desirable in the workforce
- A Revolving Closet to donate outgrown clothes and trade them in for the next size up
- Blogs and tips for motherhood
- Online database for moms in partnership with The Mom Project for managing a career and family
