Dog Therapy -Bring Joy to Hospital Patients and Staff
Does your dog make people happy? BID-Milton would like to welcome owners of dogs who have been trained by Dog B.O.N.E.S., Caring Canines, or a similar agency to apply to provide dog therapy visits to in-patients and hospital staff.
We are looking for outgoing, kind, and optimistic dog owners who can take initiative and interact with lots of people comfortably.
Dogs must be comfortable with people, and in elevators, corridors and hospital rooms around medical equipment.
Weekly or bi-weekly visits for 1-2 hours.
