Boulder County Department of Public Health is looking for some special someones to volunteer on MONDAYS, 12:45pm TO 3:30pm AND 3:15PM to 6PM, who can help us to identify clients with appointments for child immunizations and let them come upstairs, and also escort them out when they finish.
2 shifts 12:45 to 3:30 and 3:30 to 6.
Volunteers will sit near the entrance and check names and direct clients where to go for their child's immunization. It's just that easy!

It's been a struggle find people for Monday shifts. Won't you help please? There's free parking and access to restrooms and water inside.

Description

We recruit and place volunteers and interns in a variety of volunteer positions for Community Justice Services and the District Attorney's (20th Judicial) office in Boulder County . Volunteers play a vital role in enhancing services to crime victims and juvenile and adult offenders. Our volunteer partners are essential in helping us maintain an open and responsive criminal justice system.
What Do Volunteers Do?
Provide support and information to crime victims and witnesses
Be a mentor to high-risk youth who need extra attention
Help people with consumer fraud complaints
Assist with research/data entry on incarceration rates and program outcomes
Teach ESL, HSE and life skills classes to incarcerated community members
