  • 50 people are interested

Based in Texas, Vidare is a non-profit organisation created to support the advancement of other non-profits through technology. We are looking for remote software developer volunteers to help us create websites for other non-profits.

We are looking for volunteers who can:
- commit at least 4 hours per week to volunteer duties
- work with a team of other volunteer website developers
- become familiar with HTML/CSS, React, Express, Unity and C#
- demonstrate programming experience or complete online courses in programming

You do not need to already be proficient in programming! All we are looking for is a drive to help others.

For those who are already proficient in programming, we ask that you perform a small task to demonstrate your skills. For those without programming experience, we have compiled a course in programming, and after completing that course you will be asked to perform a small task to demonstrate your learned skills.
