Hi there,
our organization is now over 130 years old.
We are in dire need for some help regarding our archives.
I would like to have some great ressources digitalized to preserve them but also make part of it accessible to a greater number of people.
Some more recent documents would also need to be sorted, scanned, organized and then have the original destroyed to save space.
Another mission would be to start listing the collection of books and where they are located to help historians in their research.
This project may take an army ... but if we had a small group of history passionate volunteers it would be wonderful. For now the plan is to have a volunteer in a room alone to offer the maximum safety covid related.

The ideal volunteer will be available for at least one day per week, will have attention to detail, and organizational skills and some basic knowledge of French (not compulsory). Volunteering with us is a great opportunity to become a member of our dynamic team, work to promote French language and french-speaking culture, and also to take some French courses for free.
