Since 1995, Girls in the Game has worked to provide girls in Chicago and beyond with experiences that open their minds and allow them to see the opportunities that lie ahead for them. By connecting girls with their peers and adult role models, over 50,000 girls have learned to use their voice and grow as leaders. At Girls in the Game, every girl finds her voice, discovers her strength and leads with confidence through fun and active sports, health and leadership programs. We empower all girls to be gamechangers.

In 2014, Girls in the Game expanded its programming to Baltimore, engaging girls in one-day events and weekly After School programming. Over the years, programming has expanded, now serving girls from elementary through high school ages in Baltimore City. All programs are offered at no cost to girls or parents in order to keep programming accessible. As we look toward growing our reach in Baltimore, we also look to grow opportunities for exposure and support. On Thursday, September 23, 2021, Girls in the Game will host the first annual Chip in for Girls Golf Outing at Pine Ridge Golf Course. We expect attendees from the business, health and finance sectors to enjoy a great day on the green and learn more about our work as one of the few girl-serving organizations in Baltimore City. As a committee member, you play a crucial role in sharing the mission of Girls in the Game to those companies and individuals in your circle to help provide a safe space for girls in Baltimore during the 2021-22 school year. Chip in for Girls in planned under the oversight of the Baltimore Auxiliary Board. Chip in for Girls committee members will have the opportunity to join the Auxiliary Board following the event, though it is not required.
