Put your compassion into action to support your neighbors after a disaster!
Provide comfort and care when community members experience a crisis, particularly house fires! Disaster Recovery Caseworkers conduct virtual follow-up for clients within 72 hours of their case being opened. Through problem-solving conversations and by connecting clients to our network of community partners, Caseworkers help individuals affected to plan their recovery.
*This is a VIRTUAL position with a need for volunteers willing to help individuals and households throughout Western NY!* There are opportunities for this position to fill a hybrid format as needed.
