Bereavement Support Volunteer
The Bereavement Support Volunteer serves as an additional support to grieving families and caregivers during the 13-month period following the death of the hospice patient. Support may be provided in a variety of ways, including assisting with bereavement telephone calls, or facilitating a Bereavement Support Group and/or assisting with the Annual Memorial Service.

The hospice philosopy focuses on maintaining the quality of life for each patient. Our interdisciplinary team of healthcare profrssionals and volunteers provides caring support to the patient and their family.
