Women in NAAAP (WIN)


  • Assists with planning and executing Women in NAAAP (Women leadership development) programming
  • Including the WIN Mentorship Program
  • Open to all backgrounds and ethnicities
  • Must be familiar and local to the Washington DC neighborhoods, including Virginia and Maryland

Term:

  • One-year, re-electable with no limit

Requirements: An executive presence and desire and ability to coach team members. Prior leadership experience preferred.

Succession Planning Requirement: The Women in NAAAP must identify a suitable potential successor to their role by the middle of their term, to be formally vetted by the President and Board of Trustees.
