Capturing Memories - Journal with a Hospice Patient

Do you love listening to amazing stories? Do you love to journal and capture the various moments of your life? Bridge Hospice is looking for volunteers to spend time with our patients and collaborate with him/her to journal their wonderful stories. This is a beautiful way to connect with our hospice patients and provide a written legacy for their loved ones.

The treasured stories contained in the journal will be given to the family member in bereavement as a lasting keepsake they can read and share with their family and friends in the years to come.

For more information, please contact the Coordinator, Volunteer Services, Ann Leale @ Aleale@@bridgehc.com
